🟩 Why boredom is a good sign

Sep 07, 2025 3:36 pm

Hi ,

Marathon runners get the loudest cheers

at the starting line…

and the finish line.

But those are the places they need it the least.

At the start, they’re fired up.

Adrenaline pumping.

Crowds everywhere.

Hope and hype and nerves.

At the end, the goal is in sight.

The finish is close.

The energy returns.

They can feel the win.

But in between?

That’s where it gets quiet.

No cheering.

No fanfare.

Just the sound of their own breathing,

and the pounding of their feet on the road.

That middle stretch?

It’s the real race.

It’s also the part that feels the most lonely.

Because most of the time, it is.

Same goes for showing up in your business.

In your marketing.

With your offer.

At first, it’s exciting.

Later, it gets rewarding.

But in the middle, it just feels repetitive.

Boring.

Doubtful.

And that is where most people stop.

Not because it wasn’t working.

But because they mistook boredom for failure.

Truth is, consistency often feels dull.

Because it’s working.

You’re building momentum.

Establishing credibility.

Becoming known for something.

You’re in the long, quiet stretch.

Where most people give up.

But where real traction begins.

Keep going.

The silence doesn’t mean you’re off-track.

It means you’re in the part that counts.
