Since I was a kid, I’ve been frustrated by the same thing.
People telling me what to do, but never how to do it.
And definitely not sticking around to help me figure out if I was doing it right.
“Study hard,” they’d say.
Okay, but how?
Do I highlight the textbook? Rewrite it in my own words? Sit quietly for four hours and hope it sticks?
That gap between what to do, how to do it, and whether it’s working has followed me through every phase of life.
It also shows up constantly in the conversations I have with clients.

These three challenges are real. But they’re also solvable.
