They’re not there to teach or to be taught.

They’re there to walk the path with you.

And their impact is massive.

Every morning, I meet with six other people. We share what we did yesterday, what worked, what didn’t, and what we’re doing today.

It’s simple. It’s fast. It’s also one of the most powerful habits I’ve built.

Because without it, I know exactly what would happen: I’d get pulled into too many tasks.

Or worse—I’d go into my cave. Stay isolated for too long. Convince myself I’m being productive, when really I’m just avoiding.

Equals keep you honest.

They call out your patterns.

They remind you you’re not alone.

Here’s another example: Three days a week, I’ve got one-hour co-working blocks scheduled with a friend. We do a quick check-in. Then we hit mute and get to work.

No fluff. Just focus.

And that silent accountability? It’s more powerful than it sounds.

So if you’ve been grinding alone, here’s your nudge:

Find your equals.

Set up a regular call.

Create a text group.

Start a co-working block.

Your growth will speed up.

Your focus will sharpen.

And you’ll feel less like you’re doing this all by yourself.
