🟩 The death of a good idea
Sep 24, 2025 12:29 am
Hi ,
You know the feeling.
You map out a brilliant strategy.
You get excited.
You block the time.
You even buy the software.
And then?
The calendar gets full.
The clarity fades.
The motivation dips.
Other people’s priorities become yours.
And that smart, strategic plan you made?
It quietly dies in your notes app.
This isn’t about knowing what to do.
It’s about doing it - consistently, imperfectly, and sometimes even when you don’t feel like it.
That’s the hard part.
And most people are doing it alone.
Here’s something I’ve learned, both from experience and from helping others:
Execution is never as simple as “just do it.”
Because:
Sometimes the next step feels unclear.
Sometimes the resistance creeps in.
Sometimes your energy is off.
Sometimes you just need someone to talk it out with.
Execution gets harder when you’re in a vacuum.
There’s no feedback. No friction. No one to nudge you, challenge you, or say,
"Yes, that’s good enough, move on."
This has been my own challenge too.
I’ve had brilliant plans that never saw the light of day.
But when I’ve had structure, support, and a room to show up in regularly,
That’s when things changed.
That’s when I stopped overthinking and started building momentum.
In the next email, I’ll talk about why doing it all alone might be the biggest drag on your business right now, even if you’re “doing fine.”
More soon,
Relentlessly dedicated to your profitability,
