🟩 More leads. Same results.

Hi ,
More leads.
That’s the thing, right?
More calls.
More traffic.
More eyeballs.
It sounds logical.
But here’s what I’ve seen over and over again:
People don’t have lead problems.
They have leak problems.
Someone finds you.
They hear about you through a referral.
They land on your site.
They take a meeting.
And then… nothing.
No reply.
No follow-up.
No close.
You think, “I just need more people to talk to.”
But what if the real problem is that the people you already have don’t feel enough urgency, clarity, or connection to say yes?
The problem might not be traffic.
It might be traction.
I’ve seen this again and again in my own work.
And with clients.
They try to solve conversion and messaging gaps with more top-of-funnel activity.
More content. More outreach. More pressure.
But more input into a leaky system just leads to more frustration.
And more doubt.
The truth is, if your offer, message, or positioning are slightly off, more leads won’t help.
They just make the cracks harder to ignore.
This is why I always start with a simple diagnosis:
Is this an attention problem?
A connection problem?
Or a conversion problem?
Each one needs a different solution.
And until you know which one you’re actually dealing with, all effort feels like guessing.
