🟩 This framework turns “meh” calls into paying clients

Hi ,
In the last email, I shared a story of a client whose calls were generous, helpful… and completely ineffective at converting.
His prospects left with free solutions — not the clarity to move forward or the urgency to take action.
Here’s the method I gave him to fix that:
Problem → Question → Offer
It sounds simple.
But when you use it intentionally, it changes everything.
Let me walk you through it:
1. Identify the Problem
Don’t wait for your prospect to spill their pain — lead them there.
You should be listening for signals, but also guiding them toward awareness.
What’s the friction? Where are they stuck? What’s the cost of staying there?
A sales call is a diagnostic, not a discovery.
2. Turn the Problem into a Question
This step creates engagement and investment.
Instead of preaching a diagnosis, ask a reflective question that makes them feel it.
“Have you noticed how every time you try [X], [Y] happens?”
“Why do you think [Z] hasn’t worked so far?”
A good question creates ownership of the problem.
3. Answer the Question
Now, and only now, you start providing insight.
But not to solve the problem — to sharpen it.
You’re helping them connect dots they couldn’t on their own.
You’re showing them, not just telling them, what’s going on beneath the surface.
4. Connect the Answer to Your Offer
Here’s where it all comes together.
Your solution isn’t a random product.
It’s the logical next step — the bridge from what they’re struggling with to what they want.
Because now they get the problem.
They feel it.
And they see that your offer is the answer they’ve been missing.

- You stop giving away free coaching.
- You start creating clarity.
- You position your offer as a necessity, not a maybe.
- And you lead the call with confidence — not hopeful guessing.
This method changed everything for that client.
His next few calls?
Structured, focused, and high-converting.

It’s just better messaging.
