🟩 Never stop never stopping

Hi ,

There are two types of stuck business owners.

Some don’t start.

Some don’t finish.

The first group is paralyzed by Fear of Failure.

They hide behind planning, research, and “getting ready.”

They buy books. They take courses. They color-code their dashboards.

But they don’t start the thing.

Because if they never try, they can’t fail.

(And procrastination feels safer than disappointment.)

The second group? I know them intimately.

Because I was them.

Honestly, I still am—just to a lesser degree.

This is the Fear of Success crew.

We build. We brainstorm. We create assets.

Nothing ever quite gets finished.

But we don’t launch the thing.

And the pressure of those open loops is crushing.

It looks like ambition.

But under the hood? It’s perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and a sneaky desire to stay comfortable.

Because if we never release the thing, we never get judged for it.

Both patterns are expensive.

I’ve lost money. I’ve lost momentum.

But the worst part?

I lost trust in myself.

You start calling yourself names.

Lazy. Loser. Coward.

Or as Alex Hormozi put it:

“The lazy don’t start.

The losers don’t finish.

The legends never stop.”

Yeah, it’s brutal.

But it also points to the answer.

The cure is consistency.

Not hustle. Not perfection.

Just… keep going.

Take the next step.

Then another.

And another.

It doesn’t matter if the steps are big or small.

Fast or slow.

Smooth or messy.

What matters is that you keep going.

And that’s what I’ve been learning to do.

I’ve made progress.

I’ve built systems.

I have many more good days than stuck days now.

Not because I’m suddenly fearless.

But because I keep going—even when it’s messy or slow.

Small steps count.

Messy action counts.

Half-baked is better than half-started.

And in the words of Conner 4 Real (yes, from the movie Popstar!)

“Never stop never stopping.”
