Hi ,

Yesterday, we talked about how to squeeze the most out of your “good” days—

Those golden hours when your focus is sharp and your energy is high.


But not every day feels like that.


Some days, you wake up foggy.

You’re sick.

You’re drained.

Your brain feels like mashed potatoes.


You’re not useless.

You’re just not built for deep work right now.


But here’s the trick—

You don’t have to do nothing.


You just have to do differently.


Here’s how I shift gears:

  • Can’t write a full post? → Outline a rough idea.
  • Can’t record? → Watch or read something that feeds future content.
  • Can’t plan? → Tidy the workspace, organize notes, automate something small.


These are “light lift” tasks that keep the rhythm going.


They’re not for performance.

They’re for consistency, discipline and, momentum.


And just like that, even a “low” day moves the needle forward—just a little.


So if today feels off?

No stress.

Just shift.
