Hi ,
Welcome back to Refuel 🔥 your weekly space to pause, reset, and reconnect with your body, your energy, and what matters most.
Because running on empty was never the plan. đź’ś
This week feels like a real turning point.
Not in a loud, dramatic way…
But in that steady, grounded way where things begin to click into place.
New classes starting.
Familiar faces returning.
And a sense that everything we’ve been building is starting to unfold.
Let’s take a moment to pause in it.
Before we delve in Happy Easter to those who celebrate- this is why we're a day late today, so enjoy your Monday read!

🌿 THIS WEEK’S FOCUS: BUILDING MOMENTUM GENTLY
There’s a lot happening right now.
But what feels most important is this:
It doesn’t feel rushed.
It feels ready.
That’s always the goal, growth that feels supportive, not overwhelming.
And this week is a beautiful example of that.

🌿 SOMALATES® SERIES + PPJ CLUB (EASTER SPECIAL)
Over on my YouTube channel (@tracyrichardsonwellness) or over on the Somalates® facebook page, I’ve started sharing more of the Somalates® series simple, supportive practices you can dip into anytime.
And for Easter… something a little special:
✨ The PPJ Club — 10 Days of Movement + Reset
A gentle, guided way to:
• reconnect with your body

đź’¬ QUESTION OF THE WEEK
“Do I need long sessions to see results?”
Not at all.
Your body responds incredibly well to:
• short, consistent movement
• mindful repetition
• nervous system safety
10 minutes done regularly will always outperform
1 hour done occasionally.
Consistency builds capacity.
______
⚡ MINI SOMALATES® PRACTICE (2 MINUTES)
The Reset Breath + Reach
• Stand tall, feet grounded
• Inhale through your nose as you gently reach arms overhead
• Exhale slowly, lowering arms and softening shoulders
• Let your ribs soften down as you breathe out
• Repeat 4–5 times
Simple. Effective.
A quick way to open the body and settle the system.

🌅 WELLNESS TOOL: RED LIGHT FOR ENERGY + RECOVERY
A question that’s been coming up more recently is around red light exposure.
Following evidence-based guidance (including insights from Ari Whitten), here’s a simple way to use it:
Morning:
• Helps signal wakefulness
• Supports energy and circadian rhythm
• Use alongside natural daylight where possible
Evening:
• Lower-intensity red light can feel calming
• Avoid bright blue/white light before bed
It’s not about doing it perfectly — just about supporting your body’s natural rhythm.
Light is information for your nervous system.

🛠️ BEHIND THE SCENES
There’s been a quiet layer of tech upgrades happening recently.
Nothing flashy… but things that will make:
• booking easier
• classes smoother
• communication clearer
All designed to support your experience — without adding noise.

đź“– FROM THE BLOG
Nothing new this week — and that’s okay.
Sometimes space is needed behind the scenes to allow other things to grow.
The current posts are still there for you whenever you need them:

đź’ś A NOTE FROM ME
Not every week needs to be about doing more.
Some weeks are about noticing what’s already working.
The classes.
The consistency.
The way your body feels just a little bit better.
That’s progress.
And it’s enough.
Tip of the Week:
If something feels sustainable and supportive — trust it.
You don’t need to keep searching for something better.
Love + wellness,
