Look at your last 10 clients.

Pick one or two and send them this quick text:

“Just springing into your phone to see how the house is treating you. I hope the yard is showing signs of greening up and the trees and flowers will soon follow.”

Don't overthink it. This message might just "plant a seed" in their minds.

What else can you do this week to earn that "top-of-mind awareness with your sphere, clients, and bullseye? Remember, the agents who harvest the most relationships usually spend the most time planting seeds.
