Today’s Tip for TOMorrow
Welcome to Today’s Tip for TOMorrow.
Over the next few weeks of CB-3D, I’ll be sending you short ideas designed to help you stay Top of Mind with the people in your world.
Some will be simple conversation starters.
Some will be social posts you can copy and use.
Some will just be reminders about the habits that build successful real estate careers.
Think of them as R&D: Rip Off and Duplicate.
These are suggestions, not rules. The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is staying connected. Staying "Top of Mind" with your customers, clients, and communities.
Remember the formula we discussed in class:
- Touch all SIX channels
- FIVE days a week
- Be in the office FOUR days each week by 10 AM
- Have THREE meaningful conversations each day
- Schedule TWO appointments each week
- And aim for ONE good lead each week.
Today’s simple reminder:
You don’t have to wait until you “have something to say.”
Sometimes the best message is simply: “Hey, just checking in. Hope you’re doing well.”

I'm sending this email from BWI - the Baltimore airport - as I connect on a flight to Providence, RI. On my flight here from Columbus, I sent over 30 of those texts I suggested. I started in my address book with my A's and worked my way through the C's. I have received a reply on 26 of the 30 texts I sent. 21 resulted in more than one "back and forth."
On my flight to PVD, I'll aim to send 50 more of those messages.
No sales pitch.
No "asking" for business.
No ulterior motive other than to show up "top of mind" to people in my tribe.
