Make the Fourth Your First

We’re just a few days away from October 1st and the start of the fourth quarter. Hopefully you’ve got a few deals in the pipeline and will see some of your clients getting under contract soon. It’s still important to prep new listings for the market and stay ready to welcome those “lookers” off the fence and help them become buyers.

Maybe this week, treat yourself to a small celebration: a good meal, a glass of champagne, or even a quiet toast at home, and mark September 30th the way most people celebrate December 31st, because the hope for a new year begins on Wednesday.

We all want to finish strong this year, but we also need to start planting seeds that will blossom into business in Q1 of 2026.

There’s business out there waiting for a professional like you, so get ready. The fourth quarter begins Wednesday.

Sleep in a little if you want, pop a couple of Advil if you need to… and then get back to building relationships, solving problems, and having fun.
