Description:
Many coaches, leaders, and subject-matter experts struggle to articulate their value - not because they lack skills, but because they lack clarity around why they do the work they do. Without a clear "why," messaging feels scattered, confidence wavers, and selling oneself can feel uncomfortable or inauthentic.
This 60-minute interactive workshop helps participants uncover their core motivation (their Why) and translate it into clear, confident value communication. By connecting purpose to impact, participants learn how to speak about their work in a way that feels authentic, grounded, and compelling-without over-explaining, apologizing, or discounting themselves.
Drawing on leadership coaching, mindfulness practices, and 15+ years of sales experience, this session bridges inner clarity with external influence. Participants leave with language they can immediately use to position themselves, their services, and their leadership presence with confidence.
