Thank you for joining my newsletter.


Many of you have taken an exercise class, been coached by me, or even received a massage. Maybe you have no idea how you got on this email list.


Well no matter how you got here, welcome!


I’ve spent my life learning how to live — not just exist.


After putting myself through college, I began my career in biomedical research. I was smart and hardworking, but emotionally unprepared for the pressure and imagepace. Eventually, I stepped away and became a massage therapist, drawn to the grounding, human connection the work offered.


For a while, I lived in two worlds: part-time in the biomedical field, part-time offering massage. Balancing them was both challenging and deeply rewarding.

My path eventually led me to the Food and Drug Administration, where I reviewed submissions and helped build quality systems. The work stretched me professionally, but I continued to offer massage in the evenings and on weekends. It demanded a level of self-awareness and professionalism I was still learning to embody.


Yoga became my anchor. The mindfulness I cultivated on the mat helped me grow emotionally in ways I hadn’t known I needed. After more than a decade of practice, I became a yoga instructor so I could share that sense of inner connection with others.


Later, a volunteer coaching session changed everything. A coach invited me to reinterpret my past in a way that felt liberating, and I knew I wanted to offer that same freedom to others. Becoming a life coach felt like the natural next step.

Massage, yoga, and coaching became the three pillars of my work — each one creating space for people to reconnect with themselves and step into who they’re meant to be.


My very first job was in a nursing home, where I watched residents wait for their lives to end. I promised myself I would never simply “get through” my days. These practices help me keep that promise.


In 2026, I’ll be offering 5–6 week group experiences in yoga and coaching designed to help you stop existing and start living. The first series focuses on identifying and releasing beliefs, behaviors, and attitudes that hold you back. Together, we’ll move, meditate, and practice showing up with presence and purpose.
