It's official! I typed the author note at the end of The Cowboy's Off Limits Option just fifteen minutes ago.

Then realized it's after eleven p.m. and I haven't eaten in ten hours.

Of course, Archer and Callie's story is already up for pre-order, and it won't release until next week. So, I can see how-- from your POV-- this doesn't feel quite as momentous as it does to me. But I was sweating the deadline to get their story wrapped up in time to actually make sure it makes sense in the edits.

I'll be raiding the fridge now.

I'm super excited about finishing Archer and Callie's story, but there's still so much left to do after "The End." That's on schedule for tomorrow though, for what's left of my night, I'm going to find food and chill.

I'll be spending the weekend raking tiny rocks from one side of the yard to the other. And singing chain gang songs. Because that's kinda how you feel when you spend a weekend raking small rocks from one side of the yard to the other.

It's all part of a bigger plan. Trust me.

I'm eyeing maps and plotting routes, eager to put the "nomad" back in my "nomad author life."

And that's as exciting as my life has been this last week. Please tell me you did something better!
