No, I have not hitched up the little hobo camper and hit the road properly yet, but I've been on the west side of the Sierra Nevada to visit friends. I was supposed to head back to Fallon last night but BFF was blowing me up with eleventy-bajillion updates on the house remodel project and somehow, I "missed" my freeway interchange.

Oh--- darn.

And that's how I woke up in the back of the 4Runner in the California coastal mountains somewhere near...um....let me get back to you. It took me quite a bit of driving to find this Starbucks.

The plan is to just stay in the mountains and enjoy the legendary California sunshine for as long as the Diet Pepsi and M&Ms hold out; finish a book already!, and hopefully return to the home base after the bathroom remodel is complete.
