UPDATE: Kimsey Smacked Down By Public Concerns & Council Tables Motion... The Fight Continues

Stunned Auditor Kimsey Walks Out Of Council Meeting With Nothing... For Now
The public gave several comments against giving Auditor Kimsey millions and Chair Bowerman made a motion to table his request to give more time for the Council to look into the issues brought up and the ignored concerns of election integrity by the auditor, and how his request fits into current plans already in motion.
This was a small victory and a smug Kimsey got up after the vote, oddly saluted the council (which seemed more like a substitute for another gesture he wanted to use), and turned around and walked out. I think he was pretty confident going into the meeting because he was rudely talking over some who were giving public comments.
Sue Marshall chimed in and said it wouldn't be appropriate to look at other issues, like all the election integrity concerns because this was only about a building request... a $4.7 (with Federal funding) million-dollar request. Clearly, she's benefitted from Kimsey and doesn't wanna bite the head that installed her early in order to raise our taxes. Later, during one of the breaks, Kimsey returned from a side door and called Sue to come with him and they talked. Not sure what that was about but it was probably doing a little jockeying or planning for the next move.
Stay tuned, but we really need to seize on this small victory and create more pressure for change with our Elections department.
In case you missed it, here's the update from a couple of days ago...
Kimsey Wants $4.4 Million Of ARPA Money But Still Won't Conduct An Audit
Tomorrow (June 27th), Clark County Auditor Greg Kimsey will go before the Clark County Council to request $4,420,000 of ARPA (Federal covid money) to build and expand the elections department facilities. No matter the justifications for this, it's important to note that Kimsey ignores vital failures that happen regarding our elections and the lack of integrity in some areas that he still refuses to address.
ALSO… ClarkCountyToday.com posted a story of illegals voting and the Prosecuting Attorney’s office declined to prosecute. Read article HERE
Here are just some of the issues that Kimsey ignores:
- Stonewalled CCRP EIT request for a full forensic election audit of 2020 election……should be a standard operating procedure. Without it = No Transparency!
- Decertifying Navy Veteran Certified Election Observer Mr. Ed O’Meara without due process when he found and confronted Election Dept. with ballot room seal/tag removal overnight without observers on duty.
- Muzzling of Certified Election Observers so they cannot ask questions of staff regarding what they observe in Signature Verification Process. Fake Transparency – observers are there for show/theater only. No other counties do this to our knowledge.
- Broken chain of custody by sending election system hard V-drives off site to Texas HQ of system vendor – Hart InterCivic for Windows 7 to 10 and Verity 2.3 to 2.5 software upgrades while simultaneously failing to capture and retain forensic images of 100% of the hard drive data including Operating System and Application software.
- DIRTY Voter Registration Data Base – note that all ‘Inactive’ names are prime candidates for phantom votes. Per Seth Keshel/Dr. Frank – Clark County is in the “top 100 worst voter fraud jurisdictions in the USA”
ACTION YOU CAN TAKE: Show up tomorrow or call in and ask the Council to either not approve the funding or amend it with the following:
- Money for a full-forensic audit,
- Full video surveillance
- Full-image retention for proper chain of custody
- Establish a citizens-based committee to look into these issues and offer solutions to the council.

In the dark of night on the last day of the legislative session in Washington state, Senate Democrats passed Senate Bill 5599 , a breathtaking evisceration of parental rights. The bill would allow the state to legally hide runaway children from their parents if the parents don’t consent to their child’s “gender transition” or abortion. No allegation of abuse in the household is required.

Temple Lentz and Fort Vancouver Historic Trust Continues To Cancel 4th Of July
Temple Lentz, the director of the Fort Vancouver Historic Reserve (probably payoff for faithful service to the democrat party) continues to destroy the 4th of July festivities at Fort Vancouver. As you might know, Fort Vancouver used to be nationally known for the Fourth of July celebration that boasted the largest fireworks show this side of the Mississippi River. Sadly, over the years, this famous and patriotic celebration has been widdled away to nothing. Last year they had this "Summer Fest" on July 3rd but this year they've moved it further away to July 1st. I have little doubt this is an intentional effort to squash patriotism and to get rid of any July Fourth celebrations.
