UPDATE: The Hearing Date For Election Complaint Is Set For August 9th

image

Last Friday, June 9th at 9AM, I went before the Clark County Superior Court Judge Retsinas and argued for discovery for the full records and documents that could show improper conduct regarding the February 7th dismissal of the election complaint filed with the Secretary of State. Unfortunately, she ruled against my request, but her reasoning was interesting. WATCH the update video to get more details but I'm fairly encouraged because the discovery would've been a bonus to show further corruption and incompetence. Nonetheless, the date for THE hearing is August 9th, 2023.

Temple Lentz and Fort Vancouver Historic Trust Continues To Cancel 4th Of Julyimage

Temple Lentz, the director of the Fort Vancouver Historic Reserve (probably payoff for faithful service to the democrat party) continues to destory 4th of July festivities at Fort Vancouver. As you might know, Fort Vancouver used to been nationally known for the Fourth of July celebration that boasted the largest firework show this side of the Missisppi river. Sadly, over the years, this famous and patriotic celebration has been widdled away to nothing. Last year they had this "Summer Fest" on July 3rd but this year they've moved it further away to July 1st. I have little doubt this is an intentional effort to squash patriotism and to get rid of any July fourth celebrations.

The 2023 version of Certified Election Observer (CEO)Training is now live here:

This would be a good refresher for all ~ about 47 minutes long and is oddly only available until June 19th.

CLICK HERE for the updated training

It is a more detailed and better training video than in past years. This would be a good refresher if you wish to take it.

For those of you who have not served since the 2021 rule change in which CEOs are not allowed to take notes, we actually recommend this refresher.

It is not required, however, if you have served as a CEO in the past 5 years.

Tax & Spend Sue Marshall Wants More Taxes

image

On June 6th, Sue voted against a project that included residential housing rezoning at CPZ2022-00013 Three Creeks North (https://clark.wa.gov/community-planning/olr-2022-00013) that, if she succeeded, would undoubtedly decrease housing inventory and further contribute to the low supply of housing that fuels higher and higher housing costs.

THE VERY NEXT DAY (6/7)...

Sue bemoans that a lack of affordable housing is fueling the homeless crisis in Clark County. Sue was the only one on the Council that wanted to move forward with an Affordable housing tax similar to City of Vancouver (1:24:27 min area (19) June 7, 2023 Clark County Council Time - YouTube ) with a crazy rationale that “housing affordability is the pipeline to homelessness.”

Classic political tactic, cause the problem and then want more from public to “fix the problem.”

In the dark of night on the last day of the legislative session in Washington state, Senate Democrats passed Senate Bill 5599 , a breathtaking evisceration of parental rights. The bill would allow the state to legally hide runaway children from their parents if the parents don’t consent to their child’s “gender transition” or abortion. No allegation of abuse in the household is required.‍
