In the dark of night on the last day of the legislative session in Washington state, Senate Democrats passed Senate Bill 5599 , a breathtaking evisceration of parental rights. The bill would allow the state to legally hide runaway children from their parents if the parents don’t consent to their child’s “gender transition” or abortion. No allegation of abuse in the household is required.‍

Don't delay, there is a limited amount of time to gather a large amount of signatures.‍

imageState Responds To Election Complaint Filing... Once Again, Trying To Use Bureaucracy To Squash

The Assistant to the Attorney General of Washington, who is representing Deputy Secretary of State Randy Bolerjack, finally responded to the Petition of Review that I filed back in February. The State had until June 30th to respond and they waited until the last day but did finally respond. They filed an 8-page response with several arguments on why the judge should not grant relief. The main argument the State is making is that they've conducted a wild theory that I'm improperly challenging the "rule" and not Mr. Bolerjack's actions and since I'm doing that the judge cannot rule because challenging "rules" have a separate process that conveniently only goes through Thurston county or Spokane county if you live on the eastern side of the state. If you think our judiciary has issues, Thurston County (Olympia) is completely owned by the Leftist radicals. This is a desperate attempt by the state to try and split hairs in the hopes that the judge follows it as an exit. If you read my original filing it is very clear that I'm accusing Mr. Bolerjack and his actions, which were arbitrary and capricious. The Constitution protects federal law as supreme, called the supremacy clause. The only way a state law can supersede federal law is if it's in the national interests or deemed to be complimentary. HAVA provided every citizen the ability to challenge election integrity and file complaints if standards appear to be violated. How can a state law be interpreted as "complementary" when it ultimately kills the complaint over an inconsequential administrative code? Mr. Bolerjack was desperate to kill any complaints, like a goalie trying to stop a puck rather than a catcher's job which is to receive.

I've been tirelessly working on my response which is due on July 21st (that's why you've seen fewer updates). I'm not an attorney and I'm doing my own research and building the best response possible. I have been consulting legal resources but what I've discovered is that our judicial system and all that supports, like the Bar associations, have made election issues so radioactive that very few attorneys will get involved because of the backlash that will surely be unleashed on them professionally. It is akin to what our legal system did back in the Jim Crow days. Back then, when courts were firmly segregated and arms of segregation, any attorneys willing to defend civil rights were shunned and similar tactics were used to keep the accepted idealogy in place. Obviously, election integrity topics haven't gotten to the point of what we saw in the Jim Crow era (brought to you by the Democrat party) but the similarities are growing.
