No , I ain't mean the riddim nor Mavado's song, I mean it's March and time to really take action.
- March out on thoughts, things and people that no longer serve you.
- March out on not-so-good eating habits. Really take the time to sit and evaluate what you're eating. You control what goes in your mouth.
- March out on not moving. Really and truly walking is a form of 'marching' that you can start or just dance.
- March out on constantly looking for the next shiny thing to improve your wellness and just stick to one thing consistently.
- March out on wasting people's time and yours. *Hint hint* endless scrolling on social media or being a lurker.
- March out on the STRONG black/Caribbean woman narrative. Frig dat! We have been programmed to be resilent, ignore pain, not to ask for help, brush the dust off and keep going. This breaks us, this is one area that black cracks. I encourage you to enter a SOFT black woman era. Yes you can still be resilent but ask for help when you need it, take mental days, pamper yourself and be OPEN to receiving from others.
If you need help moving your body and eating right, Banded starts tomorrow even if you can't attend the live sessions, recordings will be available. You will still be part of a group so if you do the recording option, you will still have to post proof...ACCOUNTABILITY. Here is the link to register https://form.jotform.com/201414229557049
