Weeks ago, Brian and I froze ourselves in 10 degrees water 🧊🥶 as we deep-talked about inner work, relationships, and tough conversations. 

And it struck me — wow, if only more men were this willing to be in touched with their emotions and communicate with vulnerability!

But also, as women we can learn a lot from hearing a man's perspective. 

From the moment Brian shared at my Milestones Party in April, I was blown away by his journey.

He shared about how his relationship break up was a massive wake up call for him to overcome his gambling addiction.

He shared about his red flags so candidly and multiple peeps from the event shared how his story connected deeply with them.

That's why I'm collaborating with Brian for our next event in June.

We'll be doing something a lil bit different — it's a mini-workshop with guided discussions around the topic of difficult conversations.

We are gonna get real vulnerable and share personal stories of our relationships (personal/ familial) as well as difficult conversations we needed to have professionally (in our career/ biz) 🥺

There’ll be facilitated opportunities to discuss ways in which you can tackle difficult conversations with greater ease and flow.
