why we feel so tired all the time

May 20, 2025 9:24 am

Dear ,

As humans, we crave certainty.

We repeat the same thoughts, actions, and emotions, seeking predictability. Over time, we hardwire our brains into rigid patterns—trapping ourselves in a cycle that only reinforces our current reality.

This sometimes feel like a rut.

Not just our actions, but our attitudes and feelings become repetitive.

The way we think, feel, and behave shapes our personality, and our personality, in turn, creates our personal reality.

What makes things worse is we tell ourselves we need to be efficient and productive at all cost.

We allow back-to-back meetings stacked up on our google calendar. We only feel like we've deserved rest after we produce X results, often measured only in terms of $$. It constantly feels like we will never do enough. Like we are never enough.

At the end of the day, we feel so tired.

You’re hitting your business or work KPIs , but your heart and soul is calling out for more– you just feel way too tired and overwhelmed to get curious about what “more” is.

You’ve been wanting to live a more intentional life. To explore other facets of yourself. But you simply don’t have the capacity to at the end of the day.

You want to use your voice– to lead, to create, to share your message. Yet, when you finally have the time to do so, you’re hit with constant creative blocks.

We've built our lives with Traditional Systems, which is tiring and unsustainable.

What if we can introduce respectable Sustainable Systems instead?

To live an intentional life is to break free from the mould. You can’t create new opportunities while clinging to outdated beliefs society has ingrained in you—beliefs your primal brain constantly echoes:

Beliefs like:

💭 I need to have everything figured out before I start

💭 I don’t have to grow my voice because my job doesn’t require it

💭 I can’t do X because I’ve never been good at it

💭 If something works, I should stick to it forever

Visionary leaders think differently. They see a reality that doesn’t exist—yet. At first, they’re called dreamers, unrealistic, even delusional. But when they bring that vision to life, they are called brave, brilliant, and ahead of their time.

It all begins with who you choose to be every single day.

Journaling creates new realisations, deepening self-awareness. Choosing to question our thoughts before drawing conclusions.

Writing and sharing your ideas unlock new perspectives and opportunities to experience your brilliance. Choosing openness over rigid beliefs.

If this all resonates deeply with you in this season and you'd like to start creating sustainable systems to own your voice...

You're invited to our upcoming event – Sustainable Systems to Own Your Voice

I'm hosting this gathering with my friend Natalie from Ning Collective on 29 MAY, Next Thursday, 7 - 10pm.
