Ever felt like you are your own biggest bottleneck? Here's the TRUTH.

Dear ,

Recently I met Nat from Ning Collective and I was truly blown away by her and her co-founder's vision — building systems for personal growth 🌱

They've grown their TikTok from 0 to 33k in just a couple of months. They create meaningful content aimed at helping us SLOW DOWN and introspect, which is a life saver in a world of brain rot swipe down in 3 sec kind of content.

Not to mention she’s one of the most interesting people I’ve met.

She looks like an absolute fashion icon… she’s into astrology and spirituality and self-help, AND she used to write tech blogs and worked in crypto. I’m like..?? This girl???

She’s literally the definition of INTENTIONAL LIVING + you can redefine yourself anytime.

So when I was thinking: Who should I collaborate with for my LAST EVENT before I head to Europe for 2.5 weeks… who should it be?

DUH of course it's Nat!

END OF MAY it’s happening before I go to 🇫🇷🇮🇹🇨🇭

Have you ever felt like you’re your own biggest bottleneck?

You’re hitting your business or work KPIs , but your heart and soul is calling out for more– you just feel way too tired and overwhelmed to get curious about what “more” is.

You’ve been wanting to live a more intentional life. To explore other facets of yourself. But you simply don’t have the capacity to at the end of the day.

You want to use your voice– to lead, to create, to share your message. Yet, when you finally have the time to do so, you’re hit with constant creative blocks.

😩 Look, it is NOT because you’re not motivated enough. Or you don’t want it enough.

The truth is most of us are just tired.

🥺 (not so) fun fact – The average number of meetings has increased by 252% since the pandemic [Microsoft Work Trend Index 2023].

🥺 The World Health Organisation officially classified burnout as an “occupational phenomenon” in 2019 and it’s only getting worse.

Most of the capitalistic society runs on Traditional Systems:

🎰 They prioritise productivity and efficiency

🎰 There’s only one measure of success – $$

🎰 Their goal is success at all cost

🎰 This sounds like – maximising productivity on google calendar, get on the 5am club, and seeing success as linear and on a comparative timeline

What if we can introduce respectable Sustainable Systems instead?

🌿 Recognising our humanity – machines work on a fixed predictable schedule, as human beings we tune into our unique seasons of life, we respect our eb and flow

🌿 Success is holistic and defined by you

🌿 Intuitively guided, yet leads to practical results

🌿 Anchors on your long term vision. Recognises that progress is not linear.

😶‍🌫️ Owning Your Voice is choosing to tune into your inner voice, in a world full of noise.

Here’s the thing– Owning Your Voice and breaking through that glass ceiling requires you to have the capacity and energy for it. Forcing yourself to complete your to-do lists and habit trackers is not cutting it.

This is why we’ve created this upcoming gathering – Sustainable Systems to Own Your Voice.

This will be a space for rising leaders like you to Own Your Voice through curious conversations and building sustainable systems.

Intentions without the right execution are just dreams, but with systems that help you find your voice, you will experience the intersection of purpose and productivity, diving deep into sustainable systems for growth and action- all while connecting with people who get it.

We're hosting it End May, get on the WAITLIST below,

and fill it up by 16 May, Friday Evening!👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

Count me in!

I'm so excited to see you there! To be around people who prioritise the inner work and personal growth is truly life-giving, and I can't wait for you to experience this.

In your corner,

Rae x
