2 days, 21 hours, 4095.2M up and down the mountain — over thousands of steps I’m guessing… I severely underestimated the rigour of scaling Mount Kinabalu.

Yes, I climbed Mount Kinabalu ~ 2 weeks ago, and my only training was signing up for a 2 weeks F45 Trial Program. But I did it, and I learnt so many powerful life lessons along the way + met an inspirational 70-year-old couple who travelled from USA to Borneo to scale this mountain.
