3 Questions that will Grow your Impact Like Never Before

Dear ,
Most leaders don’t make a real impact because they focus on being heard more than genuinely wanting to help. They focus on being noticed rather than embracing the fulfilment and purpose that comes from speaking up with intention.
Let me ask you this:
- Is your fear and doubt stronger than your purpose and desire?
- Is your vision pulling you forward because it truly matters to you, or are you chasing external validation?
The truth is, leadership begins with your voice—but first, you need to believe it matters.
Here’s what I want you to reflect on:
1 - Do you trust your voice?
The small moments are where it starts: when a friend makes a thoughtless comment, or someone interrupts you mid-sentence in a meeting. These moments either break or build your confidence. Every time you stand up for your ideas, no matter how small, you strengthen the trust you have in your own voice. And when you trust your voice, others start to as well.
A rising leader doesn’t wait for a title or a platform. They speak up because their ideas and work matter—to them first, and then to the world.
2 - What’s driving you?
If your motivation is rooted in applause, praise, or status, it will never feel solid. But when you show up to serve, even without immediate rewards, you unlock something bigger.
Sharing your message because it helps others—even when it’s uncomfortable—is an act of leadership.
Sharing your message because you genuinely enjoy it—even if it doesn't promise ROI—is the greatest act of self-love.
When I first started speaking and training, it wasn’t about proving anything to anyone—it was about proving it to myself. I wanted to see my curiosity about people and my love for connection turn into something real, something actionable. I knew I was a good connector, and I believed I could be a great teacher, but there was only one way to know for sure: to show up, connect, and teach consistently.
Your passions and desires aren’t random. They’re there for a reason, calling you to pay attention. If something is bubbling within you, don’t ignore it. Notice it. Act on it. Each time you do, you strengthen your identity around that gift, and you step closer to becoming who you’re meant to be.
Arnold Patent once said, if you genuinely have something to say, someone genuinely needs to hear it. You don’t need to invent an audience. You need to refine your message for the people already searching for it.
So stop posting just to gain followers. Write to sharpen your ideas. Share to hone your craft. Your audience will come when your voice is clear and your purpose is real.
3 - Are you willing to challenge others?
One of the biggest fears I hear from rising leaders is: “What if I offend someone?” Here’s the hard truth: If you never challenge anyone, your message probably isn’t strong enough.
The difference between an entertainer and a leader is this: leaders take the risk of pushing people out of their comfort zones. You’re not here to please everyone—you’re here to change minds, inspire action, and make an impact.
I used to be so afraid of offending people with my vastly different views. But guess what? My clients literally pay me now to challenge them. They work with me because my perspective challenge theirs - and it allows them to think beyond what's possible.
Real leadership begins when you trust your voice enough to share it boldly—when you speak not to impress, but to make a difference. And it starts in those little, everyday moments.
You Have What It Takes
Here’s the truth: most people will never take greater action and instead stay in their comfort zone doing busy work because its much easier to act in accordance to their current identity as opposed to do the uncomfortable work to witness their evolution.
But if you are in it for the LONG HAUL - asking yourself these 3 uncomfortable questions is essential to speaking and leading sustainably.
