Hey ,

Each and everyone of us have the potential to use our voice for massive impact, but it gets taken out of us early. Fear entered when someone told us there was a first place, second place, third place, and that some efforts deserve an A and some a C.

As children, all we wanted was to be seen and recognised. Before we learnt how to see and recognise ourselves, we looked to others to give it to us. And others gave it to us when we achieved some type of societal-approved results.

One of the most common things I hear the most ambitious and amazing leaders say is: "Once I get clear on my niche and what I want to say, then I can finally start creating content." or "Once I'm successful and influential, I'll use my influence to help people." But this is all just a way for our ego to keep us safe, to avoid perceived judgement, to keep us from showing up fully in our own lives.

You already have influence. You already have the choice to use your work now to serve and heal the world. Have you ever been surprisingly uplifted by an interaction with a stranger in the lift? You have influence, your energy has influence - whether you realise it or not. There's so much you can do today, with your seemingly "small" influence to touch lives in ways you cannot do when you are "more successful" and have bigger responsibilities that fill your time.

This excerpt of a book gave me goosebumps - read this carefully:

"All of us are special, and yet none of us are special. No one has any more potential than anyone else for spreading the love and light of God. The belief in specialness breeds fear.

What a Beethoven, Shakespeare or Picasso has done is not create something, but rather they have accessed that place within themselves from which they could express that which has been created by God. Since young we've been told that we need to learn more and be more in order to use our voice, but that is a lie told to us to keep us small, so we may continue striving and hustling, for that is what feeds capitalism.

Here's the truth: You are enough as you are. You, right here right now, have what you need to serve and inspire the people you're meant to impact.

But you will continue to grow and evolve. And as you grow, your audience will too. Some of your audience will move on to seek other mentors, some will change their paths completely and join whole new different industries... and whatever it is, as long as you continue to deepen your relationship with your inner voice and express yourself fully and wholeheartedly, you will serve with your voice the way you're meant to - on stage, through your art, in your conversations, and so on.
