Thanksgiving is upon us! I love this holiday. I get to gorge on food I never eat during the rest of the year. My favorites particularly are green bean casserole, yams, and stuffing; I can never eat enough of it all!

I've been on a hot streak these last few months! I honestly believe some of my absolute best growth has come this Fall season, between the following drawings pushing Adobe Illustrator (and perhaps my art skills overall) to its limits, and having been able to join some actual art collaboration projects, something I've been vying to do for years!

Pokémon Anniversary Art Collab Submissions

Hosted over at Bluesky, this is a massive undertaking of a collab celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Pokémon (😱), whereby all artists involved must draw every single Pokémon in existence, all 1025! Yep! Every. Single. One!

Here are all my submissions so far. Some of my favorite monsters, all of which happen to be of the Fighting type: Poliwrath, Toxicroak, Hawlucha, and Hariyama.

Blazblue 17th Anniversary Collab

Another collab I got to participate in held on Twitter, this one to celebrate the 17th anniversary of the Blazblue franchise. I, of course, had to hop in, and I got to draw Hakumen again.

~ 🦎NEW PET SHOWCASE🦎 ~

Meet "Zen", our new crested gecko (named after the Zinogre from Monster Hunter, one of the only MH things I've ever drawn for a commission)! My wife surprised me with this fella the other day and he's the sweetest little guy.

What's more, he's a jumper; Zen has some real strength in those little grippers! Even leaped at my cheek when my wife put him on my shoulders. 😂

We have him bunking with our frog friend who decided to rent a room at our place for the winter, and they make a cute pair.

Zen loves hanging out in the branches toward the top of his tank, surveying over everything with those handsome eyes!
