Happy Weekend!
Practically Perfect has a few things we wanted to share and invite you to!
First, you asked and we listened. We now sell the handy dandy things you need for your pelvic floor including therapy balls, bands, stretch out straps, Uberlube, OhNuts and Squatty Potties! (We bought wholesale so they're more affordable than buying from other places)
We have two upcoming classes in March in addition to our usual "Baby and Me" play groups. Remember that all of our in person and online classes can make really wonderful gifts for expecting and new parents!
