Practically Perfect has officially been open for 2 months!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! We have been busy treating patients, teaching pelvic floor classes and guiding babies (and their caregivers) in their gross motor development.

We have a lot of offerings in the upcoming months and hope to have something for everyone. Even though our office has a physical location, don't forget we offer virtual services and have a few pre-recorded, self paced classes with more in the works!

There are a variety ways to work with Dr. Mora to return to your practically perfect self.
