Dear Practically Perfect Parents,

Tummy Time & More is a play group run by a doctor of physical therapy to review all of the milestones your baby should have from 0 - 6 months. The therapist will look at each baby in reference to vision, gross motor, fine motor and the emergence of speech.

It is a place to discuss concerns like:

"Is my baby tracking objects the way they should?"

"Is their head shape symmetrical?"

"How do I help them roll better?"

"Why do they make that noise?"

"What is the next milestone?"

Since all of the instructors are also seasoned parents, this is also a great place to quiz us on our parenting pearls on topics like:

*Teething

*Baby wearing

*Weaning

*Introducing solids

*Finding friends

*Sleep schedules

*Return to work

We run this class the first Wednesday of every month at 10:30 am. We encourage all to come and participate which means it may be parents, but grandparents, babysitters and any other type of caregiver are welcome! This class is an opportunity to have a skilled developmental screening for less than the price of the average copay!
