We are hosting our first ever Post Partum Support Group in March 2024. Seats are limited so sign up soon!

This series is starting on Wednesday 3/6 and sessions will be every Wednesday of March on 3/13, 3/20, 3/27 at 630PM right at our Practically Perfect PT offices located at 311 S New York Rd, Galloway, NJ.

We know postpartum life can be hard - physically AND emotionally. We hope that we can help make life a little easier for you with some tips and tricks! We also just want you to know that you're not alone.

This postpartum group is led by Jenny Beasley, MS, LPC, ACS. Jenny is a mom who is trained in postpartum supports, child parent psychotherapy, and is trauma certified.

Topics will include:

Postpartum Depression/Postpartum Anxiety

Coping strategies

Processing emotions

Parenting

Infant mental health
