Hi Super Friends,

Most of you are on our email list because you have worked with us for classes, nutrition or therapy sessions. One thing clients tell us all the time are things like:

"I never knew this was a THING?!?"

"Why didn't my doctor send me for this right away?"

"I wish I had known about this sooner!"

We created this class for all the people who still have not benefited from know what the heck a pelvic floor is.

We'll be hosting a class called "Intro to Pelvic Health" at Zen Landing in July, September and November!
