Hello Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Friends!


Just a little check in to update you on Practically Perfect Physical Therapy's offerings for the tiny humans in your life.

We recently the Clubhouse to our practice. It is childproof, baby friendly room. This room will be the home for all future baby classes. This is also a great option for parents bringing their children with them while getting their therapy services.

We have FOUR regular in person classes upcoming through December for the tiny people in your life (and YOU).


All classes can be signed up for HERE.

  • Tummy Time & More: Ages newborn - 6 months, focus on tummy time and progressing to more skills such as sitting and rolling!
  • Creepers & Crawlers: Ages 6 - 12 months, for "Tummy Time" graduates OR any littles who need to work on skills like sitting, rolling, creeping and crawling!
  • Tiny Toddler Team: Ages 12 - 18 months, a play group for cruisers and new toddlers to work on their gross motor play skills and socialize with new friends!
  • "Baby and Me" Clubhouse: Newborn - 12 months, BUILD YOUR VILLAGE! Meet other new parents and participate in guided developmental play

What: Baby and Me Workout Class

When: Saturday, November 12th 10:30 - 11:30 am

Where: Funatics Fitness


Join us for an exercise class using your baby as part of your work out! This will be low impact, pelvic floor friendly and a wonderful way to work out, meet other parents and bond with your baby! More details.

Join us for in person birthing class on Saturday 11/5 or Sunday 2/12 at Zen Landing Yoga for this 3.5 hour class to prepare for delivery of your baby. All couples, all bodies, all birth partners are welcome. Register here!
