Hello Super Friends,

Join use for our last two practically perfect birth classes of the year. We have developed this class for expecting parents to help them birth their babies as a team with their birthing providers with their pelvic floor and mental health in mind.

Preparing for Your Birth Story is run several times a year and we've helped guide tons of babies into the world at this point. This class is interactive, down to earth and helps prepare for all types of delivery (looking at you, planned c-section parents!)
