*Wednesday 11/1 10:30 am - Tummy Time and More - come play with Miss Nicole working on tummy time, rolling, crawling and more!

*Saturday 11/4 8:30 am - Intro to Pelvic Health - for people looking to learn about the pelvis

*Saturday 11/4 10 am - Preparing for Your Birth Story - for pregnant couples looking to prepare for delivery

*Wednesday 11/8 10:30 am - Creepers and Crawlers - if your baby has mastered the basics of movement, this class if your next step!

*Wednesday 11/15 10:30 am - Baby+Me Clubhouse - any ages newborn to 2 years old - come meet other parents and socialize while asking a PT any questions you have.

*Sunday 11/19 12 noon EST - Ethical Considerations from a Legal Lens - a continuing education class for pelvic health providers

Please make sure to sign up for classes ahead of time. We cancel classes if they have less than 2 participants.
