Practically Perfect PT is going to continue hosting out Postpartum Support Group into April. We want you to join us in a place to feel heard, supported, and part of a community.

This group is led by Jenny Beasley, MS, LPC, ACS who is a mom trained in postpartum supports, child parent psychotherapy, and trauma certified.

She will be addressing topics such as:

Postpartum Depression / Postpartum Anxiety

Coping strategies

Processing emotions

Parenting

Infant mental health

The class will be held every Thursday 4/4, 4/11, 4/18 and 4/25 at 6:30PM. These classes will be held virtually so that parents from all over can attend!

We have two payment options for you as well. The 4-class pack get you all the classes in April for $125. Our class drop-in rate is $35.
