The investment is $125 per couple and this includes in person learning and hands on instruction as well as digital access to all the course materials for review. But can you really put a price on not tearing your butthole? We find not peeing in your pants when you laugh or jump priceless.

This is a birth preparation for parents with your pelvic floor, core, mental health and family's wellness in mind. The class is 2.5 hours and is a down to earth, easy to follow way to get ready for your baby to be born. The moms in our office have included all our tips and tricks for making birth as easy as we can.
