Working Together by moving together

I often get asked: how can my partner prepare for birth ?

As with everything there is no one solution for everyone.

Communication and confidence are key. Talk together about what will be important for you during Birth but also when meeting your baby. Share your hopes and joys. It will help your partner to understand how to support and advocate for you.

Confidence can develop through learning some tools. Knowledge is good, but practical tools can feel even more empowering and they are more likely to work with you as a team during labour. It can also be an amazing way to relax and strengthen your relationship during pregnancy.

I have also welcomed grandmothers, sisters and doulas who wanted to learn theses skills and tools to offer better support during the birth. EVERYONE WELCOME.

I have been running Antenatal Courses for 6 years and decided 2021 was the time to bring the skills I use in courses and tools I teach in Yoga together. And I created this incredible workshop: Moving for Birth Together!

Just 2 hours in the comfort of your own home to practice some breathing techniques, massage, positions for birth ...

And all of this for £25 for you both! BARGAIN!

The next one is on 24th April 10-12. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, you can even attend every month if you wish to. Allow yourselves to Pause life for 2 hours and refocus on your pregnancy and your baby.

So don't wait any longer !

Book now!

You can read reviews from people who have attended the workshop in the past:

Looking forward to seeing you online or maybe soon in face to face groups and classes. Just waiting confirmation from the venue I use. Exciting times.

All my best,

Peggy
