You don't have to hold it all together, Let's get together!

Join me online to pause, talk and move or in Milton keynes to talk Neurodiversity and Nervous System.

Hi ,

Can we just take a breath together for a moment?

Because honestly, the world right now is a lot.

And if you've been feeling it in your body, in your sleep, in the way your mind won't quite settle... you're not imagining it. You're not failing. You're human, and you're feeling everything.

This March, I want to invite you into some spaces I'm creating with so much care: spaces to rest, to understand yourself better, and to feel genuinely less alone.

Here's what's coming up πŸ‘‡

πŸ’› Tuesdays 7pm - Bletchley & Wednesdays 11 am - Berkhamsted: Biodanza

We move, breathe and dance wherever our energy is allowing us to be. It is NOT for dancers, it is for everyone who want to regulate their nervous system and get in their body (even with limitations). Join us.

🌸 In a Week: Being Woman - Healing the Feminine Online | Monday 9th March | 7:30–9pm

For International Women's Day, my dear friend Hulya and I are holding an online women's circle. A place to breathe. To move gently. To speak honestly and be witnessed without anyone trying to fix you.

If you've been the strong one, the busy one, the one holding everything together - this is your permission to put it down for an evening.

πŸ’œ Friday 7th March: Neurodiversity in Women In Person | Milton Keynes | International Women's Day Event

The whole day will provide amazing Speakers, including Lisa Johnson who is an amazing Business strategist.

And I will be running 2 workshops.

ADHD and autism in women and girls has been massively under-recognised for decades.

So many women spend years feeling like something is wrong with them, when really their brain just works differently.

This workshop is a chance to understand that more deeply. Whether you're newly diagnosed, on a waiting list, self-identifying, or simply curious, you are welcome.

We'll explore what neurodiversity actually looks like in women, why it so often gets missed, and how you can begin to work with your brain rather than against it.

πŸ’› Monday 17th March: Wired Differently - Neurodiversity & Work

In Person | NatWest, Milton Keynes City Centre | FREE Event

If you've ever struggled to fit into a workplace that wasn't built with your brain in mind or struggled to run your business, this is for you.

Wired Differently is a free event exploring neurodiversity in the workplace: how to understand your needs, advocate for yourself, and find ways of working that actually work for you. We'll be at NatWest in Milton Keynes city centre and I'd love to see you there.

Seats are free but limited, so do grab yours.

A little note on your nervous system...

Whether or not you identify as neurodivergent, so many of us are walking around in a state of chronic overwhelm, our nervous systems stuck in a loop of go-go-go, never quite landing in safety and rest.

This month's events are all, in different ways, an invitation back to yourself. To softness. To community. To understanding the incredible, complex, beautiful brain and body you live in.

You deserve spaces that nourish you. I hope to see you in one of them soon. πŸ’™

With warmth, Peggy
