Embracing ourselves by embodying our full identity in music!

Join a wonderful 8 week journey of gentle movement in music, everyone welcome, all mobilities/abilities welcome.

Hi everyone,

Have you had enough of the grey, rainy weather, the heavy winter feel?

This will help you to bring warmth and change to your life.

I am very excited to invite you all to experience a transformative journey through movement and music. New comers are very welcome!

From Tonight, we begin a special 8-week journey exploring Generative Postures.

In each session, certain movement or music create shifts - this series goes deeper into those intentional postures that awaken confidence, joy, calm, and connection.

Each week we'll explore a different Generative Posture, allowing time to really embody and integrate these archetypal gestures that Rolando Toro (founder of Biodanza) developed.

These archetypal gestures are part of our shared human experience. From ancient sculptures, paintings, and temples across civilizations, these movements hold deep psychological and symbolic meaning. As Carl Jung described, they belong to the collective unconscious, connecting us to timeless human wisdom.

It's a gentle, progressive journey - one posture at a time - creating space to reconnect with your natural emotional truth through music, movement, and feeling.

We will start by exploring Valour and strength.
