Gently getting going in 2026 ✨

Join me to dance and regain some energy tonight in Bletchley!

Dear lovely ones,

As we find ourselves at the beginning of 2026, I want to offer a small exhale rather than a big push.

This season doesn’t need grand intentions, perfectly mapped plans, or a “new you.” Especially for those of us who are mothers, women holding many roles, or living with ADHD, simply beginning gently is more than enough.

I’ll be honest with you ... some of my own work recently happened from the sofa, wrapped in an electric blanket, listening closely to my tired energy instead of overriding it.

That was the work. Resting, warming, tending, and choosing not to rush myself.

If you’re feeling slow, foggy, tender, or quietly hopeful, you’re not behind. You’re listening.

One thing that can really support this gentle momentum is learning how to care for our energy, not just our time or motivation. I’ve shared some thoughts and practical guidance about this on my blog, especially for sensitive nervous systems and creative, easily-overstimulated minds.

And if your body is craving movement rather than thinking…

Come and dance with me in Bletchley every Tuesday evening at 7.30pm.

Tonight’s session will be especially joyful : we’ll be dancing to African rhythms, inspired by the beautiful Congolese wedding of a dear friend that I attended this weekend.

The music, the movement, the celebration stayed in my bones, and I can’t wait to share that energy with you.

No choreography. No pressure. Just rhythm, breath, and being together.

However you enter this year ... slowly, softly, wrapped in blankets or dancing barefoot, you are welcome exactly as you are.

With warmth and care,

💛

Peggy
