How will you put YOU First This Holiday Season❓

Hi ,
So, here we are, right back in the thick of the holiday season... already!
Not sure about you , but this time of year is usually a mix of excitement and a bit of stress. Between kids, work, family gatherings, and planning everything "perfectly", I sometimes forget my own needs.
And maybe you do too.
But, I’m here to remind you: this season is actually for you, too!
Here are some practical ways to make sure you’re getting the care and joy you deserve:
1. Schedule a Spa Day or Add It to Your Wishlist
Whether you book a day at your favorite spa or put a self-care gift card on your holiday wish list, a little pampering goes a long way. Relaxation is one of the best gifts you can give yourself during this busy time.
2. Plan a “You-Only” Day (or days... *clears throat*, a momcation)
Set aside at least one full day over the break that’s dedicated entirely to you—no kids, no family, no work, no to-do lists. Use this day to recharge in a way that feels best, whether it's enjoying your favorite hobbies, a cozy movie marathon, or just doing nothing at all... and those 'do nothing' are legit the best ever.
3. Reflect on Your Impact
Please take a few moments to think about all the ways you've contributed to your family, your partner, your job, and your community this year. Recognizing the impact you make can be a powerful reminder of your worth, helping you feel centered and empowered to prioritize yourself.
4. Create a Holiday Tradition Just for You
Maybe it’s a solo holiday coffee date or reading a book you’ve been putting off. This new tradition can be something simple and soothing that you’ll look forward to each holiday season—a ritual that's just for you.
Remember sis, you deserve as much love and care as you give to others.
If you know another mom who might need these reminders, please share this email with her. We’re all in this together... and I love y'all!
Happy holidays early, lol... and here’s to putting you first!
Love,
Patrice
