Well, according to the National Sleep Foundation, following a consistent nighttime routine helps improve your sleep quality, boosts energy, and helps you feel more rested and focused the next day.


Your Task:

  • Create and execute a nighttime routine: Start winding down at least 30 minutes before bed. This could include things like dimming the lights, reading, journaling, practicing skincare or practicing mindfulness — whatever helps you relax.


Why It Matters:

A good night’s sleep is essential for both your physical and mental well-being. A consistent nighttime routine signals to your body that it’s time to wind down and rest.
