DAY 3: Hydration Reset 💧 *Put Yourself First*

Hi !


Day 3 of putting YOU first, and today we’re all about hydration. I try to drink a gallon of water a day, but today, I just want you to focus on getting in at least 8 glasses of water. Hydration is key to feeling energized and clear-headed, especially when you’re juggling so much. It also helps to keep you full.


Here’s a tip: Start your morning with a big glass of water, and keep a bottle with you throughout the day to make sipping easier. Set the sodas and juices to the side… and if you need flavor, add fruit to your water or go with a flavored sparkling water.
