Day 17: Meditate for 10 Minutes🧘‍♀️ *Put YOU First Challenge*

Hi ,


Please forgive me. I didn't send the Day 17 email because I wanted to add my own personal meditation for you to enjoy.


But, things got busy and I didn't have time to get it done. So, here we are. I'm giving myself grace and still want you to complete the task from yesterday: a 10-minute guided meditation. Find a quiet spot, close your eyes, and focus on your breathing.


Let go of any tension and connect with yourself.


Meditation is a powerful tool for relaxation and self-connection.


Remember: Just breathe and be present. You’ve got this. You can search "meditation for moms" in YouTube to find a bunch of guided videos that you can use.
