Happy Day 15! Today we’re starting with quiet. Wake up 10 minutes earlier and spend this time in silence. No phone, no distractions—just you.
Use this time to center yourself before the day begins.
And, keep it going for as long as you can. Remember, I try not to get on my personal social media pages until after 12pm on Monday through Friday. This practice absolutely helps keep my mornings slow.
