Day FIVE - 🚶‍♀️Step Outside: The Healing Power of Nature

Here me out ,
If you're in the DMV area, I already know it's below freezing. So, please don't go outside if it's too much.
But, I do want you to go for a walk. Walking is a very powerful self-care activity. It's simple, but so effective... even 20 minutes of walking (in nature) can significantly lower your stress levels, improve your mood, and make you feel more grounded. I literally go for a walk every day after all of my virtual work meetings to clear my mind.
Your Task:
- Go for a walk outside: Whether it’s in a park, around your neighborhood, around the gym, on a track, or just through your backyard — take some time today to get outside and move your body.
Nature is restorative and walking helps reduce stress, improve your mood, and give you a mental break from the busy day-to-day.
This is your time to breathe deeply and disconnect from everything. Nature is here to help you recharge.
