When's the last time you got comfy with a book? If you can't remember, and if you can, today’s challenge should help!


So, today, I want you to give your mind a break and enjoy the soothing escape of a good book. Here’s why it works:

Research from The University of Sussex has shown that reading can reduce stress by up to 68%, more than other relaxation methods like listening to music. It’s an easy way to reset and take a mental break.


Your Task:

  • Set time aside to read: Whether it’s 20 minutes or an hour, carve out time today to lose yourself in a book. It could be a novel, a self-help book, or something that sparks your curiosity.

Why It Matters:

Reading gives you the chance to disconnect from the everyday hustle and recharge mentally. It helps you reset, relax, and feel more focused.
