Before you dive into another round of hot chocolate requests and "Mom, I'm bored," let me drop some quick reminders to help you stay sane AND well during this cozy chaos:


Your Snow Day Survival Kit:

🚿 Shower every day – Even if it's 2pm. That hot water is medicine.

📵 Unplug – Let the notifications wait. Be HERE with your people (or your peace).

🧘🏽‍♀️ Create YOUR space – Corner of the bedroom? Closet? Claim it. That's your solitude zone and NO kids (or partners) are allowed.

🐌 Move slowly – And listen, if working from home with kids climbing the walls is too much? Use. That. PTO! Your sanity matters.
