DAY 1: Morning Journaling *Put Yourself First*

Hey mama!


Welcome to Day 1 of the "Put Yourself First" Challenge! I’m so happy that you signed on and ready to get it started. 


Starting this challenge on September 9 -- 9/9 -- was intentional. The number 9 is believed to represent completeness, balance, and perfection; and it’s my hope that through these next few weeks, you feel more in tune with the complete version of who you want to be, for you.  I want you to be in alignment with your vision for your life, and in perfect peace. You know, that state of inner calm, tranquility, and harmony, regardless of external circumstances.


So today, we’re starting simple with a morning check-in with yourself.


Take 5-10 minutes this morning to grab a journal and reflect on how you’re feeling. What’s on your mind? What do you need today? What are your intentions for this challenge? Use this time to set an intention for the day.


Remember: This challenge is about small, meaningful steps toward prioritizing YOU. Let's make this a habit.
